- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For my weddings, they START at $300.00. I do offer discounts depending on the time of year, location and wedding services needed. For my NOTARY WORK, it depends on the location, type of document needing to be notarized and number of signatures.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For my weddings, I start off with a text or phone call. Advise them that a deposit is need to HOLD the date and the balance would be due 5 days from the date of wedding. Once the deposit is made, I email a wedding questionnaire to the couple. This helps me get to know a little about my couple by asking how they met, how they knew their partner was "the one" and what details they want to happen on their wedding day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a wedding officiant ordained by American Marriage Ministries, Inc. They provide great educational workshops, scripts and other material to help enhance our profession. I am also a Toastmaster, so my training in public speaking is grounded in this organization. I am also a classically trained soprano, the MIC and I are well acquainted. Most of all in the course of my career as a legal secretary, event planner and worship leader, I love and enjoy meeting people and bringing beautiful TREASURED MOMENTS together for those in love on their special wedding day!
