Dil was very professional. I added a request for a 2nd TV mounted when Dil arrived. He was very accommodating. He was very skilled at hanging a mirror and both TV mounts. I forgot to get the TV mounts. Dil luckily had the mounts with him. Dil is very personable. Dil always asked my opinion before completing the final step.
