I pride myself in my work and the customer always comes first. I am a retired plumber and have over 30 years experience in home improvement projects. I charge a fair hourly or project rate and have a $100.00 minimum for general handyman work and a $100.00/hour for plumbing work. Any out of pocket expenses including parts and parking if applicable will be added to the final price.
