Umberto is the example of a qualified professional! From the moment I posted my request on Thumbtack, I got an immediate reply from him. Anytime I messaged for clarification, additional information, and even a price range, he responded quickly, briefly and politely, and as a business owner myself, I have complete respect for these rare qualities. We set an appointment for 3:30 PM, and he was there at 3:30 PM! He came with the exact parts needed to finish the job, had it installed and operational in short order, and went above and beyond to help me move appliances back into place and get them operational, even though that was not part of his duty. I paid him, and included a generous “tip“ because he was worth every penny. He is a professional, a gentleman, and an example of how every business should run!
