I love writing reviews for people and companies who deserve praise so here goes. From my initial contact to the completion of work, Andy was great to work with. He was very responsive to messages in a timely manner, he came out to provide a free estimate, his price was more than fair, and he was flexible in scheduling. Not to mention that he was personable and happy to answer any questions I had. I will not hesitate to contact him again if I need more electrical work. The technician was punctual, arriving within the promised time frame, and provided clear communication ahead of time with updates on his ETA. What really stood out was their willingness to take on a job that many companies would shy away from. My home was built in 1969 and has a low crawl space, which can be a challenge for many technicians—but Overwatch Electrical accepted it without hesitation. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue and had it resolved within 45 minutes. The repair cost was very reasonable, especially considering the circumstances. I was in need of a full breaker panel replacement after one of my breakers melted and started sparking in the breaker box. Andy came out in the evening (during a holiday weekend!) to assess and to restore what power he could and to make sure it was safe until they could replace it. Within 48 hours, I had the entire panel replaced, up to code, and everything was functioning again. I'd definitely recommend Overwatch Electric if you need electrical work done.
