I contacted Tim regarding a garage door that wouldn’t open all the way. He quoted me a reasonable price to repair. I sent him a picture of the garage door closer and he immediately called me back. Suggested I turn two screws on the back of the closer, increasing the closing force. That fixed it!! Highly recommend.

My 30 year old garage door had literally never been serviced or maintained and had a broken strut that meant it often wouldn’t open or close. Two other door repair companies said it could not be repaired and wanted to replace it. Tim called BS on that. Replaced the broken piece, replaced all springs, cables, pulleys and rollers and had it like new and provided and programmed 2 new remotes less than a quarter of what I expected to pay for a new door.
