- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is designed to keep things collaborative, organized, and stress-free. Typically, it looks like this: Initial Consultation – We start with a conversation (in person or virtual) where I get to know your style, goals, budget, and timeline. This helps me understand your vision and priorities. Design Direction – I create a professional mood board or concept presentation that reflects your personal style and the overall feel we’re aiming for. This stage ensures we’re aligned before moving into sourcing. Sourcing & Selections – I carefully source pieces, materials, and finishes that fit your budget and aesthetic. I present options for your feedback and make adjustments as needed. Final Design Plan – Once selections are approved, I put together a detailed design plan. This may include layouts, shopping lists, or vendor coordination depending on the project. Implementation – I can assist with purchasing, coordinating deliveries, and styling the space so everything comes together seamlessly. Final Walkthrough – We review the finished design to make sure you’re thrilled with the outcome and every detail feels just right
