Not professional at all. I was given an time for a move then at 6am the morning of received a text wanting to reschedule. I understand things happen but when explained I did not have another day I could be available was told that it could be done later that day and given a time. Well I never received a callback or message close to the time quoted. I called the number several times and no answer. I’m a single mom of 4 and my time is very valuable and to get this treatment from a supposed to be professional company I highly would not recommend. To go silent with no explanation is just unsatisfactory. Very disappointed especially after reading the reviews.
