I’m a wheelchair user and desperately needed an electrical fix on a blown fuse. A neighbor flipped the breaker and hit the reset but nothing worked. JOAT was the only company that would come that day so I would be able to charge/use my vital adaptive equipment. They also charged NO service fee. After a few minutes, the electrician was able to easily fix the fuse breaker issue. They refused to accept any payment for the trip and work but I insisted. What a fantastic company that I will absolutely reach out to again when I need electrical work.

I was very satisfied with the work these 2 gentlemen did for me. I had 3 new outlets installed in my garage. They called me back right away, came the next morning to give me an estimate, and ended up installing the outlets the same day. Fair prices in my opinion!

He responded promptly to my request for help and fit my job in same day since my AC wasn't working and the HVAC tech said I needed an electrician. He was able to diagnose the issue was not electrical and would require the HVAC tech. Although he was not able to fix my issue, he thoroughly tested everything to make sure and he spent more time diagnosing my issue than the HVAC guy did. I will definitely use him for future electrical needs.
