A CLASS ACT! I had an amazing experience with John Knox and CLT Rides for my recent trip to the symphony. The concert was a black tie event and not having to find parking while all dressed up put my mind at ease. John's polish and good old fashioned manners impressed me most, initially. I was sold. Then, John's attention to detail and top notch customer service sealed the deal. For instance, John made sure that the temperature in the car was to my liking and that my favorite music was playing. He even had my favorite drink waiting for me! Once we arrived at the venue, John walked me to the front door of the theater and said he would pick me up at the same door after the concert. A class act! I have decided to use CLT Rides for my future transportation needs, and you should too!

John has been my preferred driver for two months now. He takes his business very seriously and is driven by customer satisfaction. John is accommodating, prompt, patient and professional. I can confidently say that you'll never be late to your destination. Only if you're at fault of course.haha It's CLT rides over Uber for me.

We offer a Fixed and Pay Per Milage pricing offer. Our pricing is competitive and includes a non alcoholic beverage of choice per rider.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a simple process. Our customers can call or text with their ride request or they can book using our self service tool. A member of our team will confirm the ride availability once booked.

We are an authorized Charter C company in the State of South Carolina. We have been issued an certificate of authority to provide transportation services throughout the State of South Carolina. We have commercial and general liability insurance.
