Where to start...first she put me down for the wrong date. I never got to see or sign the contract that would "protect " us both. I had to of course send the deposit to book her for my wedding date, then she made me send her the remainder the day before my wedding (9/27/25). She was supposed to arrive at 10:30am. She did not show up until 2:30pm, my wedding started at 4pm! She proceeded to change her shirt in front of everyone in the room and poke around. I paid for 4 people's hair to be done. At that point there was hardly any time to do anything since I still needed to get dressed and makeup. She had tools that didnt work and did a quick 10 minute style that a toddler could have done better. I lost it! I then had to get a guest to quickly redo my hair and throw on my dress as it was my turn to walk down the aisle. Do not hire this woman, she is NOT a professional. Also, she said she will not offer a refund even though she didnt even touch 3 of the people I paid her to do!!!!
