The window replacement service itself seemed ok. Hunter was pleasant and courteous. However he was 30 minutes late, he didn’t seem adequately prepared. His cleanup was shoddy. If he had put down a tarp my sister and I would not have felt the need to scour the grass for shards of glass that might harm our dogs. We found plenty. His shop vac didn’t cut it. He had to borrow our ladder to reach the work space . He had to leave to pick up the replacement glass. Al in all not as professional as I had hoped
