- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are set up with all major insurance providers as a preferred vendor but are happy to work with you directly or through your insurance adjuster.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical first interaction with a customer is immediatly after an emergency event. A pipe broke, a storm caused damage, a sewer backed up or a fire broke out. We are here to provide a step by step plan for clean up and reconstruction after a disaster.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified by the IICRC and Licensed by the State of South Carolina. We have been in business for decades with experience serving our community.
