We recently moved to Easley, South Carolina from Florida. The house we bought needed some work, and some plumbing remodeling from a previous owner was significantly not up to code. We interviewed several plumbing contractors to look at moving our water heater to a better location, and after some discussion with each of them, we selected Scott with CallProPlumbing.com.
From the beginning, they impressed us with their professional approach. Scott came out and provided an estimate for moving the water heater location and replacing it with a tankless system that matched the needs of our household. After a few days, I realized that I needed a few more plumbing things done around the house. Scott had previously advised that we should consider repiping the house, due to the age and poor condition of the existing copper pipe, so we agreed on the scope of work and a price. We also scheduled a time to do the job.
CallProPlumbing.com provided a reminder of when Scott would be arriving each day, and just like our initial encounter, he was completely professional, providing good communication throughout each day, advising of his progress, when the water was going to be shut off. Scott answered our questions promptly. In addition, we also had a landscaping contractor working during the same week that Scott was doing our plumbing work. Scott worked around the landscapers without any delay or difficulty.
After two weeks of living with the new tankless system and new piping throughout the house, we are loving the job that was done. We have hot water at every point in the house quickly, including a dog washing station for our dog who needs frequent baths for an autoimmune condition. We can give the highest praise to Scott and the entire CallProPlumbing.com team.

We had an amazing experience with Scott from Pro Plumbing! He came out to fix a leaking water line to our refrigerator, and while he was here, he also replaced two toilets and installed a new shower surround and fixtures.
