I had such a great experience with American Cleaning. She was so friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. She was also amazing with my two year old daughter which meant a lot to me. On top of that she worked incredibly hard and did a thorough deep clean of my house. I was honestly impressed with the results. I cannot wait to have her back again in two weeks, Highly recommend.

Thumbtack only let's you pick 3 preselected adjectives about your pro. After quality, it was difficult to select the next 2. We have hired a handful of housecleaners over the years (1 from this application) and have been let down. Nothing terrible and you won't find our response, as we refuse to leave bad reviews unless they are heinous in nature.
The opposite side of that coin is we very rarely take the time to leave positive reviews as well. That being said....WOW!
Across the board i have been impressed with Mrs. Martinelli and American Cleaning. Responded quickly, took the time to go through rates and provided an in depth offering of their services. The best part is, they followed through!!! We didnt select this, as time was an issue, but they offered to come to the house and provide a custom quote for our deep clean.
We have never seen our home this clean. To include the showing when we made our original offer on the house. Truly blown away by the attention to detail we received. I was personally a touch skeptical at first when I was told the price, but like I said earlier, time was an issue so I took the risk. WOW again. Walking into our home after a long stressful day, cost was a thought that left as quickly as a cool air in South Carolina come 10 am.
We are now signed up for the monthly cleaning and 1-2 deep cleans a year. (Treat yourself to the deep clean...its just worth it.)
Obviously do not have enough nice things to say about what we received and if your looking for a solid, reliable, affordable, high value house cleaner....your search has ended.

Wonderful Cleaning Service! Hired them for my move out clean. They are very flexible with cleaning dates and patient if you don’t know your exact date yet. They communicate to you through the entire process. Fantastic job! The apartment looks cleaner than before I moved in!
