We had to replace a section of our subfloor and instead of patching in with wood we decided to change our dining and kitchen to tile. This involved removing the wood from our kitchen area.
We got a timely quote, fast service, and excellent quality. He was clear in communication and alerted us to the height stack up issue of tile to wood on our old imperfect floors. I asked him if there was something we can do and he recommended a transition piece and picked it up for us. We had purchased our own tile and materials from a list he had provided prior. We had a small issue of a piece of trim removed by our previous subfloor contractor missing a piece and he fashioned one to fill the gap.
We initially booked him the week after we contacted him but had to delay a week due to the hurricane and not having power. I reached out to reschedule once we got power and he accommodated us the very next week.
Highly recommend. Left a clean workspace.

YI Construction completely re-tiled our bathroom and walk-in shower. Yurii was there on time every day with one of the best work ethics I've ever seen. He had great attention to detail and is truly a master of his craft. Our bathroom turned out way better than we could have ever imagined. Thanks Yurii!!!
