- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Post covid and newly added tariffs have made prices increase exponentially. We at High Tech believe that regardless of whats happening around the globe, we're able to keep things in perspective.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial greeting, assess what the homeowner needs and wants, contract, then we start. Most jobs are just one day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a licensed SC Mechanical contractor. NATE Certified, EPA Certified. Been in the business 35 years. My goal is only to make the customer happy.
