TWA Engineering helped me when no one else would! My wife and I just purchased our first home, and were told that the addition was done without permits. The assigned mission was to find an architect who was willing to create drawings on a project that was already complete. TWA Engineering did not hesitate to assist us!!! They were very patient with us and offered amazing prices. I cannot thank them enough for helping us through this very tough time. The job was for a converted garage. Toufic was able to draw the exterior wall, (with new French doors,) and the interior (showing the new drywall that we are going to put it.) The plans also included insulation, fire alarms and electrical outlets. They have been here every step of the way and have even helped me deal with the pesky building department. Thank you so much for your help! You guys are a blessing.
