- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $100 for an initial visit and diagnosis. If work is needed, general total labor charges range from $150-$250, which includes the initial diagnosis fee. If parts are needed, then the cost of the parts are added on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do our best to talk to you on the phone to figure out what is likely to be the problem and what will be the course of action and timeline. We will then schedule an initial diagnosis to confirm our findings and complete the work. If parts are needed, then we will have a definitive cost of parts and labor and the client can decide if they would like to move forward with the repair. We will then give you the exact timeline on receiving the part and completing the work.
