Working with Luke was great. He was very communicative, prices the work very fairly, confirmed the day before, showed up on time, respected our home (parked away from garage doors, removed his shoes inside, etc), performed the work professionally and went the extra mile in doing so (he installed various shutoffs in the event the device he installed ever needed to be serviced / bypassed). Luke is a pro.
