Jay came out the same day I called to give me an estimate. I waited several days for a competitor's bid, and it was higher. Not only was Jay the lowest bidder, he was able to work me into his schedule just a few days later. His work was excellent and he said he would take care of any minor repairs (if he ran into any) at no extra charge. THAT'S good customer service.

My husband and I went into the backyard to power wash our house and realized a storm must've loosened a gutter downspout. Jay replied to me very quickly here on Thumb Tack. Not only did he beat another quote I had which then made his my best quote, but he also came to our home within a few hours to do the repair. And he didn't try to upsell me about what was needed for the repair, some of the other quotes I received did try up selling me. Very much appreciate Jay's business and professionalism.
