I am overall satisfied with the work, but there were a few things that could have been better about my experience working with Aaron at ABC. First, my porch was not level and he did figure out a solution to make it work in my budget, which I appreciate. The final brickwork looks much nicer than the concrete I had before. I was disappointed by the number of different guys that Aaron had working on this as he did not do any of the work himself. I assumed he would have a small crew, but it seemed like there were a variety of different guys coming and going and they left a mess. There were also some inconsistencies in the mortar work in places and one side of the porch looks different than the other side, which is not great. Aaron also said he would come back and clean off the brick of my house and the steps with a solution, but after he was paid, he ghosted me. So again, I pretty much like how it looks, but the guys he hired were a bit sloppy and I didn’t like him promising something and not following through. They also cut brick in my yard and killed some of my grass. All in all, I appreciate Aaron figuring out a solution for my porch, but I didn’t like the sloppiness and confusion of the crew he hired, who were the ones there. I think things were being lost in translation from what Aaron would tell me was happening and what actually was happening. He also said it would take 2 days and it took 5 days of noise, some while I was working at home. All in all, I would do it again, but if it were my business, I would want to know about these details to make improvements for future customers.

these days you get what you pay for... well, not true with this guy... you get way more than you could expect. the concrete had a mind of its own and decided to not crack in the proper control joint. it decided on its own to crack on both sides of the joint!!!!! the guys came back the next day and took out a lot of concrete and repoured all in the same day. cleaned up, looked like they had never been there. I HIGHLY RECOMEND ABC!!!!!
