- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends heavily on the complexity of the design. Something very simple will cost less, and something very detailed will cost more. The size and amount of colors needed also play a role in price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I have several conversations with the client to collaborate on a design. Then, I use my iPad to make a digital mockup of the design using a photo of the client’s wall. When the client gives me approval of the design concept, I arrive on site and get to painting!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve been an artist my whole life, but I got into murals through set painting for community theater.
