Steven Miller says, "Our A/C system started to experience a decline in efficiency just as a heat wave hit the area (go figure). Even though the system was still cooling, it wasn't performing nearly as well as it had been, and the temps in the house were creeping up. I called Oceanview and explained the issue. Cristina was very patient and asked just the right questions to identify the proper service and technician. I explained it wasn't an emergency, and that they could sequence us in when they had some time, but they were still able to get someone out there the very next day. Michael Defeis, the technician, arrived inside the window they gave us. I explained the situation and symptoms, and he also asked the right questions to help narrow down the issue. He got to work and quickly found the issue. Unfortunately, our aging system was in it's waning days. He put together some figures on what it would take to replace the parts needed to get it back up and operating efficiently again, and the quote was high enough that I inquired about a new unit. Even though it was after 6:00 PM at that time, he contacted the sales rep, Joey. Even though he had been going since 5 that morning, and had just gotten home, Joey jumped in his car and was able to come over within 20 minutes and work up a quote for a new system. While waiting for Joey to arrive, Michael ensured that our current system would get us through until we could get a new one installed. When joey arrived, he explained the choices in systems, current installation timelines, cost and payment options. He never appeared rushed, and he never tried to force the sale or upsell. We took the evening to think about it and decide on which system to install, and contacted them the next morning to purchase a new system. Cristina helped us finalize the purchase, and placed us on the installation calendar. Having worked with several members of the Oceanview team on my issue, it is not surprising at all that they have a 5.0 google review status on 534 reviews (535 now). They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. If you're experiencing HVAC issues, or in the market for a new system, look no further - this is the team you want!"See more

NOT ONLY did they identify a previous repair gone awry. But they were able to repair in 1 day and came back the next day to reinstall. They even provided the convenience of waiting to reinstall the toilet until after the floor was replaced. This all was with minimal/to no assistance from me. As this is a rental and I live out of state! Definitely will hire again in the future for plumbing needs!
