I have been doing home remodeling, renovations, and repairs for over 20 years, and have a variety of experience including demolition, painting, trim, flooring, electrical, tile, and furniture assembly. If you are a home owner trying to sell with a punch list, a home buyer with a list of things you need done to your new home, or a home owner with a house needing some updating and TLC I can help. I usually charge a flat hourly rate for most jobs. Each job is different so things may vary depending on the tasks at hand. There are no hidden fees, but if supplies are involved there will be an added supply cost.
