After the hail storm, I didnt think I had suffered any damage on my roof. But then it began to rain and the rain came inside the house. The ceiling opened up and it was raining in my house. I asked a friend who I should call and she suggested That I call Chase Keller at SeekOne Roofing. At SeekOne Roofing. I called him and he immediately said he would take care of everything for me that afternoon. He and Robert Ross showed up at my house and began to film and to check the condition of the roof and sure enough my roof was in bad shape. Period from that moment. Chase took care of making sure that my my roof would be taken care of. Chase and Robert Ross worked as a great team working with insurance with the mold people, with the selection of the new shingles and with putting together the team who would do the work. I have never seen a Company that works so diligently to take care of its customers. I feel like calling Chase was the wisest thing that Ive done in a long time because Chase put the whole team together to make sure that I would get a new roof as seamlessly as possible. Both Robert Ross and Chase Keller are amazing representatives for an honest company. Thats totally trustworthy. I have recommended your company and Chase and Robert to several of my friends. One of whom already has a new roof by your company. They are at least three more who are in the process and I think due to these two young men SeekOne Roofing will most likely be the company they choose. I cant recommend Chase and Robert and SeekOne Roofing highly enough you guys are amazing

Exceptional experience!Consummate professionalism and quality service from inception to the conclusion of the reroofing project. SeekOne sales representative Cody Unger, was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and thorough, with meticulous attention to detail. He was with us from the beginning to the completion of the work. He "tackled" our insurance company, which had denied our initial claim, by documenting and demonstrating in minute detail the damage occasioned by recent hail and wind storms. The company actually commented on the excellent submission, which evidenced unrefuttable damage, and therefore full coverage of our claim under the policy! Special recognition must be given to Thomas Kelly, our project manager, who was present throughout the 14 hour reroofing project. He went beyond and helped me with our outdoor needs in ensuring our 75 foot length flower beds full of fragile Sunpatiens, Mountain Laurel, and Arborvitae trees were protected, and the outdoor needs of our dogs met, with many courtesies extended that day. Drone photos were messaged to me thoughout the day, showing the progress and skill of their team. Additionally, Chad Keller, yet another SEEKONE project manager who was reroofing our neighbors' home across the street the next day, came to my assistance with a professional and gracious attitude. Thank you, Chad! From the beginning, the sales representative, Cody Unger, was on site both days to ensure every aspect of the project was met, and frankly, exceeded our expectations! The new roof is beautiful! SEEKONE is most fortunate to have this team of professionals and roofers. They have earned their excellent reputation! From the moment this company approached us about a new roof until they finished yesterday, these folks, especially Ryan and Lee were great to work with, and they went above and beyond to help us get the insurance company to recognize and pay for cost of a new roof. We had storm and hail damage, and had been turned down before. They did our roof in one day and did a great job of cleaning up afterward. They also did my son's roof on the same day. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof.
