We have lived in our house for 30 years and we have dreamed about a renovation for a long time. As soon as we met Brian we knew we had found our contractor. We had a vision of an open floor plan and Brian filled that wish and so much more! Brian’s team is wonderful to work with. The quality and the detail of the work is perfection. Our project was under budget and right on schedule. Brian partners with Spring Hill Woodcraft and Design who designed and installed our pantry and kitchen cabinets. It is stunning. The partnership between Brian and Matt’s team was seamless. It was so refreshing to work with a team that could think out of the box. We already have plans for our next project with Brian and I can’t wait! He is a joy to work with. If you are looking for a contractor give him a call. You won’t be disappointed.

I hired Delta Construction recently to do a complete remodel of my master bathroom. Brian was up front about everything that would be involved and listened to our concerns. Pricing was very reasonable for the quality of the work. His guys were always there working, and they finished earlier than we expected. It’s never convenient to not have your bathroom for awhile but now it looks amazing. Will definitely use them again for our next project.
