Our process is simple and customer-focused: 1) Request your free quote online—no pushy sales reps involved. 2) Connect with our knowledgeable team if you have any questions or need guidance. 3) Schedule your service at a time that works best for you. On the day of service, you'll receive live updates from our crew throughout the job. Once the work is complete, we’ll send you a detailed report with photos and your invoice. It’s really that easy because we believe in putting our customers first.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our crew members are directly employed by G Home and hold OSHA 30 certification. In addition to this, our technicians undergo a comprehensive, hands-on training program led by our experienced supervisors. Upon successful completion of the program, they earn their G Home Certification, which includes both theoretical and practical assessments covering our products, services, and customer service standards.
