Brian did a great job and worked very quickly and efficiently. He was completely transport about pricing ahead of time. He was right on time and did a great job. He made sure to check with me on where it was located multiple times and ended up raising it up. He did great and I will absolutely be contacting him again for projects around the house!

Brian was hired to assemble one small/medium-sized horizontal filing cabinet. He was cordial and maintained a professional demeanor. He was also glad to help with another small fix (unrelated to the original project). However, after Brian assembled the filing cabinet, he mentioned one of the small drawers would not close entirely, stating it was “just the way it’s made” and was probably “due to a faulty screw”. After Brian left, I further inspected the cabinet and noticed that another larger drawer would not open all the way. He did not mention this! And it took him 3 HOURS to assemble one small/medium-sized cabinet! I honestly think he did not read the included instructions and did not assemble the drawers correctly. One of tracks on the large drawer is on backwards! As for the small fix, he (over)charged $50 to put a pantry door back on its track (he just added a single screw) and that only took him about 5 minutes. Overall, I was dissatisfied because I do not believe he was completely honest about the TWO drawers that were not assembled properly. And I believe he overcharged for the door. 3 stars bc these aren’t major issues but they are inconveniences that could have been avoided!
