Michael was great to work with! Our HVAC unit needed to be replaced as it was very old and stopped working. Michael had very reasonable pricing and pushed the project forward. He was very transparent about how much we had to pay for labor and how much for supplies. He went above and beyond--did a thorough inspection of our crawl space and discovered some kinks in the ducts from a previous job. As a result, our heat is flowing evenly in all of our rooms and things are working better than before!

He came to my home right on time and got to work immediately and found the problem. It was late and he had to pick up some materials to complete the job and returned early the next morning and got my air conditioning back on. He worked fast and was very responsive and professional. I will definitely call him again.

Comfort specialist was very responsive and got straight to the point. We initially got a quote from a previous company that has been servicing our AC and heating need for several years. I needed to get a second opinion since they want me to purchase a new unit. Michael was able to identify the issue right away, stayed longer missing one of his appointment just to make sure that we are up and running. Thank you!!! Did even get anyone to come out and look at my unit. Messaged the guy he said he to text him and he would come that night. He responded saying he had a family emergency that he would come the next day. The day goes by nothing I text and ask if he is coming 9 at night he responded saying he hurt his knee and promised to come the next day. That was today and I have not heard from him yet. I tried to be understanding but my time is being wasted day after day.

I’m really sorry you feel that way. I didn’t have any service where I was at. I just got your message and I was letting you know that I was on my way but again I apologize. I was on a job that was way up in Townsend. I didn’t have any service. I told you that I would be there this evening which I just contacted you and told you that I was gonna be on my way I had to wait until you got off work. I had six other people to take care of today and again I just texted you and told you that I was on my way. I’m sorry you feel that way.
