"E" call out: We'd had no water since LAST Monday (handyman couldn't come out until last Saturday - Didn't fix the problem☹). Plumber, Danny Ferris, was scheduled between 3 - 5 PM. He arrived, discovered the problem, and had our water back on by 5:30 PM! 🙌✝ Will definitely contact again, if needed! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Corey wasn't able to resolve the problem with our Rheem gas water heater but that is not his fault! Rheem's response to the pilot light going out during high winds is mother nature. Not happy with Rheem but very happy with Hard Knox
