I was in need of some flagstones installed at the entry of my gate. More importantly, I needed some drainage because the water was puddling at the gate, creating standing water and mud. Alaniz Elite responded immediately and came to my house to provide an estimate. He understood what I was desiring but we decided not to add concrete because that would be more expensive. He arrived the next day and immediately started work on my entrance. He leveled the yard and suggested the door swing be in the opposite direction as I have a hill there. That would also prevent the issue I had before with the gate dragging uphill. Also removed some of the bottom of the gate to prevent it from dragging. He removed the gates, leveled the dirt, created a way for the rain to flow and no longer form a puddle. He also went ahead and installed my Flagstones in Concrete. And he did the concrete for the same lower price as putting them down in soil only. He also went above and beyond by adding another latch to provide more security at my gate. I am very satisfied with the work done by Alamiz and will use him again for other projects. Photo on Left “BEFORE”, Right are “AFTER”
