I’d like to thank Shawn for providing help when I needed it. My dishwasher would not fill with water. The motor would run but my dishes were not being washed. I contacted Springz Repairs via this app and Shawn responded within a short amount of time. He allowed me to explain the situation as he educated as to the troubleshooting possibilities. He made sure I understood the fee policies and kept me abreast of adjusted arrival time to my destination. I delayed entering a review just to insure that my appliance would complete a full wash cycle without issue. I am pleased that my dishwasher is functioning properly thanks to Shawn’s skill and expertise.
