I am truly happy that we hired John to remodel our duplex! He does such quality work, and really listened to what we wanted, all at a great value. He does about every phase of the remodel, and had great ideas when we were stumped on what to do. John is the best communicator, which is hard to find in the construction world. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Handyman rate is $100 for the first hour and $50 a hour after. Estimates are based off of labor and materials needed to complete the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For construction or remodeling, I set up a free estimate consultation where we would discuss the project. I would then provide a accurate detailed estimate based on the scope of work and materials requested.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of experience in construction, remodeling, handyman and maintenance services. As a licensed, bonded and insured general contractor, I also continue my education through the Oregon Construction Contractors Board classes.
