I initially gave this company five stars for their punctuality, professionalism, and value. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue with my dryer and replaced the knob in under five minutes. However, the replacement knob was not installed correctly. If I set the dryer for 80 minutes, it buzzes as if the cycle is complete in just 10 minutes.
I have attempted to contact the company three times to resolve this. I've called, sent a detailed text message, and left a voicemail stating my concern about paying $190 for a repair that wasn't done properly and for being ignored after payment. I am disappointed with the lack of follow-up and resolution.
