I will definitely contact Eagleye Networking again for any computer needs. He was prompt in response and was able to have my laptop repaired by the following afternoon. He replaced the hard drive and updated Windows and installed Microsoft on my computer. I was very impressed and will use him again and will definitely refer friends and coworkers to him!

He did a wonderful job in fixing my laptop. He was fast and through checking and fixing what needed to be fixed. My computer is much better than when I bought it. Price was reasonable. I will use him again if I have computer problems.

I have a DaVinci 3D printer. Several months ago, I had to replace the print bed as the glass cracked. Since replacement, I have spent countless hours trying to calibrate the bed without success, including every online tutorial, FAQ, and knowledge base I could find. I finally gave up and requested help on Thumbtack. Mr. Ricca was my only response. I explained my problem to Mr. Ricca and he agreed to take a look. I dropped it it off to him in the early afternoon and he had successfully calibrated. tested and had it working within 6 hours. I picked it up that evening. It is working like new!!! Words cannot express how happy I am!! I thought I was going to have to return to the MFR. (They STILL have not replied to my help requests!!) Geek Squad at BestBuy refused as they have no experience with 3D printers (even though BestBuy sells them, go figure!!). Mr. Ricca gave me detailed notes on how he did it and gave me a disc with all the pertinent links and online information. His price was very reasonable. Service excellent. He is very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I highly recommend him for any tech job. I would definitely use him again in the future should the need arise. Thank you again!!

I was very pleased with Richard's service. I required my old laptop to be wiped clean and reloaded with the Windows 10 OS so that I could ship it to my brother-in-law in Colorado. He responded to my Thumbtack posting almost immediately. After I selected him to perform the service, he was able to complete it the same day which beats comparable service providers. He added several items of software to the laptop, one which is valued at $360 if purchased from Amazon, so that was an added bonus.
