Tarik underestimated the amount of work required to finish the project, yet he felt he need to keep his original quote. Of course, we did not take advantage of his good nature, so we paid him to the amount of the second highest bidder. Tarik is good natured, happy to work etpe of person. Tarik was easy to communicate with to arrange having some work done on our home. He power washed our concrete patio and it looked great after. He took time to make sure it got cleaned really well. He also washed some exterior windows for us and they were super clean after with no streaks. Would definitely hire Tarik again, he's professional and very good at what he does.
