Shaunna and Jacob did a couple of jobs for me. Shaunna cleaned my house and she did everything I asked her to do. I was very pleased. My husband also had things for them to do as well and he said we could use them again. He was pleased as well.

Said that they were experienced painters had zero equipment did not provide me with any kind of estimate paid them half of the job upfront. As soon as I paid them, they said that they were gonna call it a day and never came back. The job was to paint the master bedroom and and a.m. Master bath and there was lots of prep work to do. They got to the job. I wasn’t there, but they had lots of that hours of prep work to do and didn’t finish that saying that they were done when they weren’t done the stuff that they did was not even anywhere near Complete And disassembled my doors, took all of the hardware off the doors and did not number any of the doors or mark any of the doors that they took off very disappointed so I’m out $500 because of their ability to be honest so thankfully, I found some other painters that are very capable and are doing a great job,

I'm sorry you felt that way I told you we would come finish the job and we would most definitely had but you never told me anything. Now, we gave you a bid and we agreed on the price. You told us all we needed were supplies to paint with, and you would provide the paint and texture. You said you would get the paint and have it ready for us the next day. We called to let you know we were on our way and you said we wouldn't be doing texture and that you contacted someone else whom you got mixed up with and felt bad so you let them do it. We arrived on time we did the prep and then waited 3 more hours for the paint we were able to paint 2 walls. You did infact pay us the $500 upfront like you said you would. Then after changing up the room plans and tearing down the sticky panel on the walls, that then needed to be textured more along with the other wall your texture people didnt complete, you decided you didnt want to pay what we agreed on and wanted us to pay for the texter that now needed to be completed. Again I am sorry you were unhappy with our service we would have definitely finished the job.
