I needed to have a new soffit-vent installed and a repair made to a fascia trim-board. After I agreed to Ivan's quote, he arrived on time (0915a.m.) and assessed the job, picked up the parts he needed and did the work before 1 p.m. Patch, seal, paint that matched, Silicone as needed, and clean up. Zero debris left on my yard. Not the cheapest but certainly clean, professional results.

WOW !! IVAN is not just a great painter. They do room makeovers! We were updating our break room. He arrived @9am worked all day .. barely taking a break & they were done by midnight! I was in shock of the amazing work. His said trust me, added this wood panel from on top for great contrast to a drab commercial white wall & they made MAGIC !! They redid the floor to a faux wood panel I choose, painted room & mounted the TV .. After 11 hours he took on some more little projects like putting up mirrors, hauling off some items, fixing a doors, refrigerator water filter pipe, moving furniture & what ever else I needed in the office to get it ready ... mind you I thought I was hiring just a painter for the break room.. My employees can't say enough.. when they arrived the next day to see a brand new break room... Ivan and his team, are new to the USA & have an amazing work ethic.... You have found a true gem, professional, soft spoken, so respectful, and grateful worker !! Ivan handyman paints design, remodeling & so much more ..
