- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
FREE ESTIMATE & Consultation (We Come to You!): We start with a free design consultation and estimate. Our team will visit your home at your convenience, listen to your needs, assess your living space, measure with precision, and provide a clear, no-pressure estimate. A typical consultation takes about 30 minutes to an hour and a half. DESIGN & PLANNING (Bring the Showroom to You): A flooring specialist will visit your home with a wide selection of samples that fit your style and budget. This allows you to see how the materials look in your home's unique lighting and alongside your existing decor. INSTALLATION: Our expert, professional installers handle every detail with craftsmanship and respect for your home. We manage the entire project from start to finish, guaranteeing a high-quality, worry-free installation, adhering to our promise: "WE TREAT YOUR HOME LIKE OUR OWN!"

All American Flooring began with a dream in 1989. Our founder started the business with just one man, a truck, and a selection of flooring samples. Our first big break highlighted our core value of commitment: the founder agreed to a deal where he had to pay the customer a deposit just for the opportunity to prove his quality. Fueled by passion, expertise, and a dedication to quality, that first project was a success, and that one happy customer became the first of thousands.
