- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep pricing transparent and flexible depending on the size of your project: ✨ Small projects: $75/hour for one organizer, or $105/hour for two organizers. ✨ Large projects: For whole-home or major decluttering jobs, we offer a flat daily rate of $900 for a 4-person team (6 hours). This way, you save compared to paying per person with most companies. We also offer financing options for projects over $1,000, so you can start now and pay later.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation: I start with a free discovery call or message exchange to understand your unique needs, goals, and challenges. This helps me tailor my approach to your situation. Assessment & Proposal: After gathering information, and reviewing photos of the space, I provide an outline of the services I can offer and the estimated time required. Scheduling: Once we align on the project details, we schedule a start date and agree on expectations. A deposit is required to reserve your appointment with the final payment being due upon completion. Execution: I maintain open communication throughout to keep you informed and comfortable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed professional training in home organization and earned a certification in hoarding and chronic disorganization, which allows me to bring proven strategies to even the most overwhelming spaces. Beyond formal training, I’ve worked hands-on with clients in homes ranging from simple refreshes to large, whole-home projects, building both practical skills and real-world solutions. I also stay up to date on best practices in organization, space planning, and client care through ongoing education and industry resources.
