I needed to schedule pet sitter for an upcoming trip in only a few days. They responded to my request immediately, explained thoroughly how they work, scheduled a “Meet and Greet” with Brooke who would be caring for my furbabies..she was amazing. She has been working for them for several years, very knowledgeable and it was easy to tell that she really loves her job. While we were away, she arrived when she said she would and sent lots of pics and notes for each visit. Would not hesitate to use them again!!

Ended up with a family member who was free to watch my animals free of charge and so I didn’t end up hiring Premier Pet TLC this time, but they were quick and awesome with communication so I’ll definitely be working with them in the future!

I called a few days before I needed a one week service, and Premier Pet TLC was able to accommodate at that late stage. The team assigned to my “girls” were awesome. I asked that they come over, let the girls out of their kennel, feed and water, then return later in the day to let them into the kennel, provide water and a snack. I received arrival text for each arrival, photos of my girls, and brief bullet listings of how each one was doing. (Eating, drinking, going to the potty, playing, and any abnormal behavior, such as itchiness due to allergies). This made for one less worry while vacationing. Truly awesome service and pricing.

Great staff and one of very few pet sitters I found that offer medical care services including subcutaneous fluid injections. It's so nice to have peace of mind that my cats were in good care with all of their needs met when I was out of town.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is all-inclusive. It includes all pets in your household, lots of TLC, medication/insulin admin (if needed), feeding, cleaning and refilling food/water bowls, litter love (box cleaning), package/mail/newspaper retrieval, plant care are all included in one price. One rate, no additional charges! The visit durations start at 15 minutes for $28.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a complimentary meet and greet with one of our experienced sitters in your home. We set you up in our online app accessible from a computer and a smart phone. After each visit, you will receive a summary of the visit, picture of your pet and a pet report card. All self-scheduling and payments are done online making it easy and convenient!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are pet CPR certified, pet first aid certified and Fear Free certified. Our number one priority is the safety of your pets!
