I was looking for the lowest price to get my home inspected before the 1 year builder warranty expired and I'm glad I found this company. It was about $50 cheaper than lowest bidding competitor plus they did a good job of finding issues that would have cost me thousands if I'd let my home warranty expire !

Bobby with Loop 1 Home Inspections pulled through on short notice as we only had a few days left on our "option period" before being committed to a purchase contract on a home in Round Rock. The report was delivered quickly and very easy to understand. Me and my wife were able to negotiate $15K in repairs by leveraging the inspection report... at an inspection cost of only $375, what a deal !

Loop 1 did a great job helping me and my wife determine the condition of a home before we bought it. So many photos in the report - this made it easy to understand what the problems were. I would've given 5 stars but the only thing I wasn't satisfied with was the lack of online scheduling... I had to give them info and set up the appointment over a phone call, which was a bit annoying. Overall I'm happy - great value because I got back 10x more than the inspection fee when our Realtor negotiated the price down by using the inspection report findings!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always go with someone who is licensed and/or highly experienced. What you save on a "cheap" inspector will likely cost you with a lower quality inspection report!
