Mr. Jones arrived promptly at the scheduled time, which I truly appreciated. I had accumulated a considerable amount of small junk that needed to be cleared away, and I was feeling quite overwhelmed. Communicated proper time of arrival. Was very easy to work with and has a helping attitude. Requested him to help with a few additional items and he was ready and was very professional in handling it (eg: he cleaned his hands without even me asking before touching a white chair).
