- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session is always free! Within that session, I will get to know more about your limitations, goals, and motivation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-Bachelors degree in Exercise Science & Human Performance -Nationally Certified through NASM -9 years of personal training experience in big box gyms, country clubs, and being self-employed (1-on-1 sessions, group sessions, group classes, virtual sessions, and online programming) -6 years of experience training clients with intellectual and physical disabilities -Adaptive Special Needs Trainer Certification - Level 2 -TRX suspension certified -Kettlebell Kings Fundamental Movement Certified -CrossFit Level 1 Certified
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was at a job in the oil field industry that I made great money at but was extremely unfulfilled. So I turned to the only thing I knew which was fitness. I moved from Houston to Austin and the rest was history.
