Boyce was very professional and punctual and he seemed very knowledgeable. I thought his fees were too much for a retired couple on a fixed income. He charged us about $1,100 to clean up our old computer and then transfer everything to our new computer. It did require him to make two separate trips to our home. One trip to clean up the files on our old computer and one trip to setup and transfer the data to our new computer. I then had to contact him again because of issues with our new computer and he was able to fix it remotely. When he told me he would be sending me another invoice for what he did remotely I refused to pay it. He simply said, "that was fine" so I thought he handled that very well. I would recommend him to others, however I would let them know it might be costly. HIs assistance basically cost us as much as the price of our new computer. This may be a normal cost for these kind of services and I guess I should have asked more questions up front so I would have had a better idea of what to expect. He was very prompt every time I contacted him and installed our new computer the same day we received it. Very likeable and knowledgeable.

I called Boyce with seemingly unsolvable computer issues which he recognized; assured me he could fix remotely (which he did- fantastic);.. and did not even ask for a credit card number or any payment up front . He completed the repair perfectly. He certainly has my recommendation!

Just got my computer screen hinge repaired by Boyce. He responded with the lowest quote as soon as I posted my query in Thumbtack and has been very responsive and proactive throughout the process when I was comparing other quotes before I chose my best option. I could not drive, so he came to pick up my computer and fixed it and dropped it back off within a couple hours. Exceptional customer service. Will recommend to anyone.   • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I always provide my phone number, email address, and website address to my clients in any quote I send. Once we have agreed to work together I will setup a phone or in person meeting to discuss logistics. For my clients throughout the USA I also am available via skype for meetings and discussions as needed. I look to build long term relationships with my clients and have many repeat customers as well as many referrals.
