I discovered this place due to a coupon I had from a local city paper. I took my old MP-3 in because the battery was no longer charging. I wanted it replaced if possible. CHRIS was wonderful!!! Although he was unable to replace the battery, because it wasn't available any more, he was able to help me by transferring all of my music to another device. My MP-3 still works on the power cord so Chris was able to do this for me. I will return to this business and location for any other electronic problems I have. It's great to find someone and someplace to help when you need it, and this is the place!!!

A life saver / honest company. We had a phone that sustained damage including water and it did not have a recent I-Cloud backup so we could not load our new phone. The tech went out of his way to get the phone operation with out replacing a bunch of parts. He was patient and helped us start Backup at their location to be sure we would get the backup done before leaving. After all the hassle they charged a nominal labor fee. 100% satisified. This is what "SERVICE" is all about.
