The technician was on time and went right to work. He finished the job in a timely manner and left no evidence of having been there except for very clean solar panels. He did an excellent job and I will call them the next time I need the panels cleaned.

Solar process was very fast to respond to my request for service. They called me and said that they would be 15 minutes early to start. They cleaned my solar panels very well. Solar pros put forth extra effort because my solar panels were very dirty. The job was done quickly and they provided pictures of before and after. I will use their service again.

I only wish that Thumbtack would let me choose more than 3 of their top 5 items for the review. Not only was Solar Pros Cleaning SVC on time, but they were professional, courteous, and did an EXCELLENT job cleaning my solar panels. I have a 42 panel setup and one of the first quotes I got from another company here on Thumbtack was more than 2 times what this company charged and I can’t see how they could have done a better job. My solar panels were given a full inspection before cleaning, as I was told would be done, along with before and after photos of the of my panels after cleaning. Once the job was complete I also received a professional report in PDF form showing all of my panels’ mounts, the grounding, etc. from the inspection along with the before and after cleaning photos. This is more than I could have hoped for with the price I paid. But, the real thing you want to know, “How did they REALLY do with cleaning?”. Well, my panels were pretty hazy looking and have been installed for about 6 years without a single cleaning. Now, they look as shiny and brand new as they did the day they were installed, even from street level. I'm fully expecting that the efficiency of my solar setup, that I have seen slowly drop over the last several years via my apps stats, will almost assuredly climb right back up close to what it was when the system was first installed. I couldn’t recommend this company more for your solar panel cleaning needs. I know, this review sounds too good to be true and like it was written by someone related to the company owner or part of the business or something. I honestly rarely write reviews for stuff even on Amazon, etc. I can firmly state that I did not know about this company at all before finding them on Thumbtack, which is funny, as this is the first time I've ever even used this site. I just did a basic web search on solar cleaning companies in the DFW area, before I landed here, and then started requesting quotes. I'm so glad I did. Give Solar Pros Cleaning SVC a shot. You won’t regret it. I'll definitely be using them in the future after a DFW spring with all of the pollen that could build up to make sure I'm ready to go for the Texas summer sun.

Residential - This depends on the accessibility of your modules, how often you want them cleaned, and size of the installation. Typical residential installation runs between $185 - $375 flat rate. For commercial installation, solar farms, utility companies, or municipal projects please call for pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a simple process. During communication we ask for estimated amount of panels, home size (1, 2 , or 3 story) and a photo of the front of the home. For comercial, estimated amount of panels or yearly energy production (kW or mW) plus a photo of the area where panels are located.
