Called Underwoods and they had someone out within an hour to pump our septic. The first guy wasnt able to find the tank so they sent out someone else to find the tank about an hour later. Turns out the tank seems fine but the main pipe had lots of roots. Was quoted $6K to replace 30 feet of pipe in our backyard which seemed really high. Fortunately we have time to shop around and were able to schedule with another company for a fraction of the price.Price aside, still giving 5 stars because everyone was super friendly and had it been an emergency, they had someone out ready to do the work within an hour of my call.Will call again if we ever run into an emergency situation.
