Meet Clayton – Your Expert Trainer & Coach
Clayton is a former U.S. Navy Special Operations Diver with six years of service, honorably discharged in 2016. He holds a degree in Kinesiology and Health from the University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated with honors.
With over a decade of experience, Clayton has been training adults and children (as young as 4 years old) since 2011, starting as a certified U.S. Navy Instructor. He has worked with pilots, aircrew members, Navy Special Operations personnel, and young athletes in the local community.
Clayton specializes in personal training and swim coaching, helping clients lose weight, build muscle, and enhance athletic performance. Having been both a coach and an athlete, he understands what it takes to reach ambitious fitness and career goals.

The best choice I have made in my lifetime, hiring a personal trainer. I should have done it 30 years ago. When I finally got smart I picked the best guy out there. Clayton is always professional, easy going, and truly knows his business. He is always on time and ready to go. He is also attentive to his clients needs and their physical condition. He loves his family and loves what he does.
Now that I have told you how awesome he is.... Please dont hire him because it might mess up my schedule with him. Just kidding, If you want the best, diffenately hire this man.

I was new to this is whole personal trainer bit but Clayton made it very exciting enjoyable & maintainable. I was actually very impressed w/ his workouts. He was very understanding & flexible w/ my time. Keeping me on track & focused was a big plus, as I tend to talk a lot but he was able to conversate while redirecting me back to the workouts. I would definitely recommend Clayton as a personal trainer.

Clayton is the best workout coach / personal trainer I could have ever asked for. He's very reasonable with pricing and very considerate with any restrictions you may have. I have problems with my knees so he reconfigured my workouts for me. Clayton is very understanding and didn't make me feel incapable of doing any of the workouts. Instead he encourage me and gave me positive feedback while building up my confidence. Great trainer and great guy overall, also I saw very fast results.

Clayton helped to provide a series of swim lessons for my 7 year old son. Clayton was an excellent instructor, getting in the pool with my son, giving him feedback little by little, and providing exercises for him to slowly integrate what he was learning. There was clear improvement after every session. Clayton even took video of him swimming and sent us detailed feedback to give him additional things to work on.
